My name is Carol Fain, Owner of The Gold Hill Hotel, and I've known Michele for over six years. Besides being a former employee of our establishment, Michele has also become a dear friend. It is a pleasure to recommend Michele Crain. I have known Michele since 2001 in a number of capacities.She responded to an ad by our Gold Hill Theater Troupe. She engaged in several lead roles. Michele has written, directed, and performed in many plays (her favorite being William Shakespeare). Michele has always been a very competent actor, employee, and colleague. She responds to direction well, and as a manager, she breaks tasks into doable, clear missions so that the people can understand what is needed. She has a real love for Shakespeare which means the wedding business is perfect for the romantic in her.

One word to describe Michele: WONDERFUL. We were a bit hesitant to hire a wedding consultant at first, but we're glad that we decided to inquire with Champagne and Daisies. Michele and her assistant REALLY helped us out in preparation for our wedding, and most especially, the DAY of our wedding...it seriously removed the stress from the entire day. We did not have ANYBODY approach us for any matters on our wedding day, and that's what made our day so special! Rather, Michele and her team were the "go-to" people. In addition, Champagne and Daisies did a beautiful job with setting up and decorating our venue, and organizing the events for our entire wedding day. KUDOS to Michele of Champagne and Daisies!!!
